746In The Wall Street Journal last July, Dean Bernard T. Ferrari and his book Power Listening: Mastering the Most Critical Business Skill of All got a nice shout-out in an article titled “Tuning In: Improving Your Listening Skills.” The piece cited the dean’s admonition against interrupting a conversation to offer possible solutions before the problem has been fully identified.
